We are going back to Luxembourg this year to train at the National Training Center Coque for our Christmas training camp. Great opportunity for us to train long course for 2 weeks and as last year lay the foundation for LC Nationals later in March.

Surge Strenght

There was a lot of hype around Chris Ritter’s Surge Strength ebook. I just bought the book which at $4.99 I think is a steal. If you have read it or have experience with Chris’ strength training program please let me know in the comments about your experiences.

Freestyle Swimming iPhone App by Ben TitleyCoach Ben Titley was a recent guest on the Morning Swim Show and at the end talked about some details of the iPhone app he’s created to help coaches and swimmers with freestyle technique.

Speedo Pace Club

Speedo rolled out a new platform called Pace Club. It includes a mobile app for the iPhone that allows swimmers to sign up for training programs, log workouts, view professional athletes demonstrating proper technique and share their progress with friends through Pace Club’s virtual “Swim Team,” as well as on Facebook or Twitter.
