    Yesterday we got notified that the Championnats Romand Hiver will take place as planned but in a different location. Details should be released early next week.

They will host their first Dual Meet on Novemeber 16-17 at the Canham Natatorium which will feature professional swimmers only…the line-up is impressive. Watch some of the best swimmers in the world compete in an exciting, fast, and high energy atmosphere! And if you cannot attend there will be a live webcast available.

            September – Saturday Morning Workouts
