      Mark Hill, assistant coach of Clubwolverine Elite, is one of the leading forces behind the Pro Swim League. They will host their first Dual Meet on Novemeber 16-17 at the Canham Natatorium which will feature professional swimmers only…the line-up is impressive. Watch some of the best swimmers in the world compete in an exciting, fast, and high energy atmosphere! And if you cannot attend there will be a live webcast available.

          Congratulations to Mike for his 6th place finish at the 2011 Ironman World Championships in Kona! With his overall time of 8:21.07, Mike did not only reach his goal of a top ten finish but also managed to run the 26.2mi under 3 hours (run time 2:54.07).             Saturday morning we usually stretch for about 45 minutes before the swim workout. I wasn’t able to be on deck the past two Saturday mornings but wrote the workouts for the team. You can download the workouts as a PDF file here: VN110917VN110924

                  We will have our intra-squad meet in the afternoon. Warm-up starts at 4pm and the races start at 5pm. If you have any questions, please get in touch with our coaches. The senior team will have their regular workout in the morning and a parents meeting is planned for after the conclusion of the meet in the evening around 8.15pm.
