    The Sport Show of the Swiss Television met up with Dominik Meichtry and his girlfriend, US swimmer Jessica Hardy, at Zurich Airport before they went home to celebrate Christmas with Dominik’s family. You can watch the video to the story on the SF website. With that said, Merry Christmas to all of you and especially Dominik. Enjoy your time in good old Switzerland.

    World Team Member and fellow-countryman, Dominik Meichtry, won the silver medal in the 200m Freestyle on the last day of the European Short Course Championships in Rijeka (CRO). He led the race in Word Record pace for 150m before the very end Daniil Izotov from Russia touched out Dominik for the gold.

        World Team Member Nathan Adrian swimming for University of California posted a blazing fast time at the Husky Invitational. With his time of 18.94, he just missed the American record of 18.87 set by Ben Wildman-Tobriner at last year’s NCAA Championships.

        Here’s a video of that 50-yard freestyle at the Husky Invitational in Federal Way, Wash.
